Let us take you on an amazing Sunday afternoon drive. The Upstate has beauty, experiences and destinations that are refreshing to the body, mind and soul that just can’t be found in the city. On this tour you’ll go from the comfort food of a full country food buffet to the elegance of a country club restaurant. • Table Rock Tea Farm (greenhouse, fields, and processing plant visits and tea tasting)

• Three mountain view overlooks of Table Rock

• Poinsett Bridge (the oldest bridge in SC)

• Core 450 Restaurant at the Cherokee Valley Country Club

Aunt Sue’s Country Corner or Hester General Store

Occasionally the tour will alternate between Aunt Sue’s Country Corner and Hester General Store for the second restaurant destination. Hester’s is in a restored 1890s general store in the town of Dacusville and has a wonderful story of its history and revitalization, a great menu of comfort food and drinks, and is renowned for their variety of baked goods and pies.

Table Rock Tea Company

Table Rock Tea Company, Ltd. is artisan tea grown in the United States! Our U.S. Grown, Real American Tea ™️ is raised right here in Upstate, South Carolina. Nestled along the Cherokee Foothills at the base of Table Rock Mountain, our climate offers the ideal location for growing premium, small-batch tea crafted with the best of both traditional and modern methods. The results are brilliantly fresh, exquisitely complex teas worthy of the most distinguished of palates…..YOURS!

Here you’ll go on a thorough tour explaining the process from seeding, planting and growing with visits to the fields, greenhouse, and the room where the drying, oxidation, packaging and more takes place. Tastings of freshly brewed tea from the farm will show you why this place is so special.

Core 450 Restaurant

Core 450 is an innovative, full-service restaurant and gathering place in the beautiful Tigerville area of Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Overlooking the ninth and 18th greens at Cherokee Valley Course and Club, its design evokes memories of a classic mountain retreat.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains. Our expansive outdoor patio is the perfect place to dine or sip a drink while taking in the mountain air and Carolina sunshine.

Back inside, a cozy bar wraps around Core 450’s open kitchen, where patrons enjoy local craft beers, wines and spirits while watching the culinary team at work. Front-and-center is our 6,500-pound pizza oven, which can reach 1,000 degrees and cook a pizza in under five minutes.
