“Big Chuck” D’Imperio is an award-winning radio broadcaster and travel author from Upstate New York. The high point of his 33-year radio career was being named NYS Country Music Broadcaster of the Year (2000) and being inducted into the New York State Country Music Hall of Fame the same year. He was a newspaper columnist who wrote over 300 columns about “life in a small town.” He is the author of a dozen best-selling New York travel guides and was the owner of a walking tour company for a dozen years guiding visitors around the historic village of Cooperstown, NY. Now retired to Greenville to be near his kids and grandkids, Big Chuck says: “I am thrilled to become a part of Greenville History Tours. After visiting here many times, my wife and I just couldn’t resist the call of this exciting, magical place, and we moved here several months ago. I look forward to having you join me on a walking tour! Owner John Nolan has taught me well and I promise you a fun and fascinating time as we walk around this awesome one-of-a-kind All-American city together!”
